Despite its short life, the Percorso Ensemble has covered an eclectic repertoire, under distinctive formats in its many concerts. From the work of Stravinsky to that of Xenakis, through brazilian composer Flo Menezes, the Percorso has apeared in many venues in Brazil, like the "Festival Música Nova", "Ano Brasil-França" among others. It has released 2 CDs: in 2007 (focused on Berio`s work "Folk Songs"), and 2009 (presenting young brazilian composers, "Música Plural"). The Percorso Ensemble is made up of the most renowned musicians in the São Paulo cultural milieu – most of them members of São Paulo Symphony Orchestra (OSESP), one of the most respectful orchestras in Latin America. The Percorso is interested in presenting a repertoire not often played in Brazil. Many times presenting first performances ever in the world, the Percorso has become a clear mirror what modern and contemporary music has been and still is: different trends, different languages, different styles.
